C-3PO
We began our journey to create this costume in 2008 when we acquired a set of parts with direct lineage to original parts. We first created our prototype so that we could study and learn from the ingenious design elements that went into creating the costume originally. Our first public appearance was on stage at a local screening of the original film. From there we began cleaning up our parts with the hopes of finally finishing the suit all the way through, as accurately as possible but with needing a decent amount of investment capital we haven’t been able to bring that goal to fruition. We have been fortunate though to be able to make parts for many of the C-3PO actors and cosplayers around the world throughout the years including our long time friend (now Star Wars actor) Chris Bartlett.
